Hi, I don't live in Alabama, but I found this site. I go to yoga classes near me and the instructor says that the wrong kind of music can hurt my practice. She said that music with the beats in the wrong places can make my heart react in the wrong way, and said that it's best just to practice with no music.

Does anyone know of music that won't mess up my practice? I tried doing yoga with no music at all like my instructor said and all I could hear was the sound of my neighbors, it was very distracting to me Exclamation
