Mama Yoga for
Expecting Moms

This class focuses on
opening the pregnant mind, body and spirit for a more
enjoyable and relaxing pregnancy. This yoga practice helps
the mom gain a higher awareness and connection to baby
within and focuses on relaxation techniques.
Workshop, Saturday 11/13, Friday 11/19, Friday 12/10,
Saturday 12/11. 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm.
