communicate with your new baby through touch, movement,
breath and eye-to-eye contact. It is also about releasing
stress and tension while easing your body back into pre-baby
shape. Mama Yoga helps strengthen your body and mind and
gives you energy to fulfill your motherhood.

mommy's skin, watch them move and look at their face.
* Having a baby is sensual.
And yoga with your baby is sensual.
* Babies love touch, skin to
skin with mommy. A baby knows his or her mommy by her
smell.
* A new baby wants the
warmth of resting on his or her mommy's chest.
* A mom should continually
educate herself on the best for her new baby, regardless if
it is her first or even tenth child.
* Moms, get the information
for yourself ... do not rely exclusively on what others tell
you.
Touch is the first form of a
baby's communication and it begins in the womb. Hold your
baby as much as possible. You will not spoil your baby, only
build a stronger character with more self confidence and
independence. Create a daily ritual with your baby -
massage, yoga, dancing, etc.. Celebrate this new beautiful
